RestWell Collective
We want you to feel confident ordering from RestWell Collective. If something isn’t right, we’ve outlined a clear and fair return process below.
Returns Eligibility

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all original packaging and inserts.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Return Shipping Responsibility

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, RestWell Collective will cover the return shipping cost. -
Change-of-mind returns:
If you’re returning an item because it’s no longer needed, doesn’t fit your preferences, or was ordered in error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us
Email our support team at info@restwellcollective.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the return request. -
Prepare Your Package
Securely repackage the item using its original packaging. Include all accessories and materials that came with the product. -
Ship the Return
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Drop off the package at the designated carrier as instructed.
Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Refund Processing

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, contact us and we’ll help facilitate the exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. Any non-returnable item will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
