Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from RestWell Collective. If something isn’t right, we’ve outlined a clear and fair return process below.


Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Returns Eligibility

Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all original packaging and inserts.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, RestWell Collective will cover the return shipping cost.

Change-of-mind returns:

If you’re returning an item because it’s no longer needed, doesn’t fit your preferences, or was ordered in error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please do not send your return to the manufacturer.


How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us
Email our support team at info@restwellcollective.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the return request.

2. Prepare Your Package
Securely repackage the item using its original packaging. Include all accessories and materials that came with the product.

3. Ship the Return
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Drop off the package at the designated carrier as instructed.


Refund Processing

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

 


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please allow the full processing time stated above. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return has been received, inspected, and approved.

If the refund has not appeared after this period, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@restwellcollective.com. We will respond within 24 hours.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us at info@restwellcollective.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the details of your request.

We will respond to exchange requests within 1–2 business days.

All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or process a refund in accordance with our return policy.

Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition and in their original packaging before an exchange can be processed.

Return shipping responsibility will follow the same conditions outlined in our Return Shipping Responsibility section.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. Any non-returnable item will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
